I didn't arrive at coaching through theory, but through years of making high-impact decisions in demanding corporate environments. Today I put that perspective at the service of your career.
I led marketing at one of Europe's leading hotel groups. I built my own business and sold it. I invested in retail, designed activations for luxury brands and host an interview programme on radio.
In each of those roles I did the same thing, from different chairs: read a complex situation, find what was really at stake and turn it into an executable plan. I studied at NYU, earned an MBA from IE Business School, and learned the rest where you really learn — making decisions with real consequences.
Over time I understood that my greatest value wasn't in managing my own projects, but in helping other professionals think through theirs with clarity and method. It wasn't a spiritual shift or a textbook vocation: it was a reasoned decision, taken with the same logic I would apply to any business move.
I have worked with people from very different worlds — art and banking, television and politics, established companies and early-stage ventures. I don't specialise in a sector; I specialise in the moment: that inflection point where a career needs a clear direction.
No generic templates. I work every case from the individual's personality, values and concrete ambition. The method adapts to you, not the other way around.
Motivation runs out; structure holds. I turn ideas and blocks into goals, priorities and timelines that can be measured.
This has a consultancy edge: tangible direction, not open-ended conversation. It's not therapy — when clinical support is needed, I refer to mental health professionals.
I'm not here to motivate you. I'm here to help you think with clarity and move with method. The rest — the confidence, the momentum — arrives on its own once decisions finally have an order.
If you are at an inflection point, let's talk about it with no commitment.
